Unlocking the Secrets to Better Sleep for Tweens and Teens: Thursday, October 17

Join us in person (in the Mullan Board Room) or via Zoom for a discussion about healthy sleep strategies with NY Times bestselling author Dr. 丽莎Damour on Thursday, October 17 at 11:45 a.m.

Dr. Damour will join us via Zoom to share why "sleep is the glue that holds human beings together," discuss practical tips for ensuring our kids get enough sleep, explore common culprits for teens getting inadequate rest, 和更多的. Discussion with Author Liza Wiemer

On March 2, 2023, the MPA hosted an informative and engaging evening with 纽约时报 bestselling author Julie Lythcott-Haims. Drawing on her experience as a mother, the former dean of freshmen at Stanford University, and research with 教育工作者 and admissions officers, Julie led a thought-provoking talk and offered practical strategies underlining the importance of allowing children to make their own mistakes and develop the resilience, 足智多谋, and inner determination necessary to become healthy, 繁荣的成年人.
